The copyright in all material on this site is held or used with permission by us. 2. Registration, Refunds, Cancellation, Fees and Payments

2.1 As part of the registration process, you will be required to select a username and password. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to distribute, transfer or resell you use of or access to the Service to any third-party. Doing so WILL result in suspension of your account and no refunds will be issued for such violations.

2.2 When you become a paid member ("subscriber, member") of any of the Services, you will be bound by the payment terms set forth herein.

2.3 Except as set forth herein or as described by offers we make from time to time, access to the entire Service requires payment. Rates vary. If you subscribe, you must provide accurate, complete and updated subscriber information. You acknowledge that you will pay TMR all such fees, charges, and applicable taxes for the Services where enrollment in the Services has been made using your credit card or other means, whether made by you personally or by someone else in your household or organization on your behalf.

2.4 You further acknowledge that your obligation to pay TMR all such fees, charges, and applicable taxes for the Service does not depend on usage of the Service, and that you remain obligated to pay TMR for the Service regardless of whether the Service is used or not. Unless you enroll as part of a free trial, your obligation to pay for the Service begins on the date of your enrollment in the Service, not the date of your first use of the Service. If made available, free trial or free access periods to use the Service also begin on the date of your enrollment in the free trial for the Service, and not the date of your first use of it.

Monthly Auto-Pay Membership: You understand that all monthly memberships are for a minimum term of one year. The option to pay monthly is a convince for our members. That means all monthly pay memberships are yearly commitments. By choosing the monthly pay option, you authorize TMR to automatically collect payment each month of your 12-month membership and automatically renew your membership each 12-month period. If you cancel of terminate your membership early, well charge your card the remainder of your membership fee. WE DO NOT OFFER MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIPS.

The price you pay for a Service is stipulated at the time you enroll in such Service and is valid for the initial period for which you enrolled in the Service. TMR reserves the right to change the price paid for a subscription after the initial enrollment period. Of course, users will be notified if such price increase would ever occur.

2.5 Refund and Money-back Guarantee: Different Services (and sometimes specific offers) have different refund policies (including some that offer no refunds or require a fee). Please review the specific terms of your offer before signing up as you are agreeing to be bound those terms. If you are unsure of your cancellation rights, please contact our member support.

Please note that refunds are only available to first-time subscribers. If you subscribe to a Service that allows for refunds, and cancel (and receive a refund) and then subscribe again, you will not receive a refund.

From time to time, The Morgan Report offers its premium services through third-party vendors. In such cases, the vendor's refund policy would apply and may differ from your Service (or specific offer).

30 Day Free Trial: This offer (the "30-Days Free Trial"), which is made to you by The Morgan Report (as defined in these Terms and Conditions of Use), entitles you access to the The Morgan Report Service for a period of thirty (30) days from the moment that you activate such trial period by submitting your payment details (the "Free Trial Period"). By submitting your payment details, you accept the New 30-Days Free Trial Offer and (i) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, (ii) acknowledge and agree to The Morgan Report Terms and Conditions of Use and these The Morgan Report Service Free Trial Terms and Conditions. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of the The Morgan Report upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, you have to terminate your Service before the end of the Free Trial Period. You may only use this Free Trial Offer once. The Morgan Report reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer and/or the Morgan Report 30-Days Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

Please Read -- Very Important -- Refund or trial Eligibility. Once more, our refund and trial policy only applies to the first time you purchase our service. Returning members are not permitted the same rights to refund. We understand that sometimes the timing may not be right when you purchase our services and you may return to purchase later, but please be aware second purchase refund requests will not be permitted. This is to protect our product and ourselves from individuals who may take advantage of our refund policy. There are no refunds on our Mastermind and Insider Memberships. We suggest you try our Premium membership first if you are not sure The Morgan Report is a fit for you.

2.6 You may cancel any subscription for the Service at any time during its term. However, TMR does not prorate any fees, charges , or applicable taxes associated with the Service upon any termination or cancellation and does not refund any such amounts (except as stipulated above for our 60 day guarantee) for any term already charged. When you cancel, your subscription will continue till the expiration date. If you have an outstanding balance, such as an annual subscriptions paid monthly, your card will be charge the remainder of the balance upon cancellation. Canceling a yearly subscription that is charged monthly does not unbind you from fulfilling your obligation.

TMR will reasonably attempt to return a cancellation confirmation to your email address on file. You should retain this confirmation as a record of your cancellation. If you DO NOT receive confirmation, it is possible something went wrong and we never received it. It is your responsibility to make sure we have received your request. You may contact us via email (support@themorganreport.com), or by phone (480-325-0230). We are not responsible for requests that go unanswered as we likely never received them

2.7 Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions are for a 12-month subscription term. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another 12-month term. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account on the one year anniversary of your last subscription date (the "Renewal Date"), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date. TMR will automatically renew your subscription each year on the Renewal Date until you cancel your subscription or TMR no longer offers the subscription service. This means your subscription will automatically renew every month on your monthly enrollment anniversary or the last day of the month if you enrolled on the 29th, 30th or 31st and the current month has no such date. For annual subscriptions, this means every year on your annual enrollment anniversary. Your credit card or other form of payment will be automatically charged or debited unless you have cancelled your account. YOU MUST CANCEL PRIOR TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL OR TRIAL END DATE TO AVOID CONTINUED CHARGES. Don't worry, there's never a renewal hassle with The Morgan Report. You can cancel this automatic renewal plan at any time during your membership. However, we know people forget. If your membership renews and you do not wish to continue, we will refund your renewal payment provided that you contact  us within 45 days of the renewal Date. After the end of the applicable 45 day refund period, your subscription payment is non-refundable.

2.8 Manage Your Subscripting: You can manage your subscription at any time. Simply log into the Members Only Site and click on the 'Manage Your Account' link at the top.

2.9 Multiple accounts are prohibited. If we find you have multiple accounts we will cancel your membership without warning and no refunds will be given. You may be banned from our site. Registering with new account or using multiple email addressed to avoid paying service fees is prohibited. If you have been a subscriber in the past you should use your existing account to renew. If you do not recall your login details, please contact support@themorganreport.com or use the "forgot Password" link at our login page.

3. Virtual Private Networks: As the VPN market grows we understand that some of you may opt to use our services on a VPN network. It should be worth noting that we use your ip address as a login instance on our servers. If our system detects you logging in from too many ip addresses, it may lock your account down. This prevents sharing of access details and allows us to make sure your account does not get hacked. If you choose to use any VPN services, understand you may be locked out of your account because your ip address changes. We are not responsible for any time missed access the site while locked out of your account. You may email our support team if you have any issues.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

4.1 YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER THE MORGAN REPORT NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DISTRIBUTORS, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS (AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR THAT THEY WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR CONTENTS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, MATERIAL, POSTINGS, OR POSTING RESPONSES FOUND ON THE SERVICE, ANY MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR ANY LINKS TO OTHER SITES OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICES.

4.4 Intellectual Property: All of the Content on our websites and any Service we provide is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and is the property of The Morgan Report and/or providers of the content under license. By "Content" we mean any information, mode of expression, or other materials and services found on The Morgan Report. This includes message boards, blogs, STOCK picks, ratings, podcasts, chats, software, our writings, graphics, videos, and any and all other features.

Any copying, distribution, storing, or transmission of any kind, or any commercial use of our Content, is prohibited without The Morgan Report's prior written permission. That means you may not sell, auction, transfer or barter your subscription or any individual publication.
